Alan loves trees. He is a very gentle person and easy to deal with. He quoted on Saturday and fitted us in soon after. He turned up on time to remove a 16 metre high Gum Tree that was leaning precariously over our neighbors property. He knew exactly what he was doing. The guys on site were friendly and respectful. No mess left behind. I couldn’t be happier.

We had used Rod and his crew previously and were very happy with his work. This time we had an emergency due to a wild storm that had ripped through our suburb and had a very large tree half knocked over and in danger of falling on our carport, Rob was extremely helpful and came over the next day and quoted on the job and then removed the tree and ground out the stump in a very timely manner, the Safe Cut crew left our property very clean and we are again very pleased with the job that Safe Cut has done for us.

I have used this service twice to remove big branches from a large eucalyptus – 7+ m high (the first occasion the branch was over an electric cable), and branches from a large mango tree. Alan and his team are professionals, always working cooperatively and safely with each other, turning up at arranged times, cleaning up afterwards, etc. Alan is very customer friendly – answering calls and messages promptly, and sending message/calls to confirm times or let me know their arrival time, confirming my satisfaction with what they were doing, etc.. They know trees and were able to give advice/knowledge on what would be best for the tree.
